Since 2005, Paulina Encinas has been a key figure in the costume design industry in Guadalajara. Her career spans theater, film, series, commercials, animation, and fashion editorials. She has collaborated with major companies such as Disney, Lionsgate, Lifetime, Apple TV, Amazon, Grupo Modelo, Ford, Ruffles, and Cirque du Soleil.

As a Local Wardrobe Stylist, she has worked with internationally renowned artists including Lady Gaga, Kylie Minogue, Luis Miguel, Shakira, The Weeknd, Rosalía, Coldplay, Ricky Martin, Karol G, Maluma, Muse, Backstreet Boys, RBD, Jack White, and Grupo Frontera.

In film, she designed the costumes for No gracias, ya no fumo, winner of the Best Feature Film Made in Jalisco award at the FICG 40.

Always an innovator, in 2015 she founded Vestuarios Estelares de Occidente, the first costume rental house in Guadalajara; and in 2020, she launched her zero waste clothing line Pina. She currently serves as president and co-founder of VMEX, an association dedicated to the visibility and rights of costume designers.
